Job Summary
The Business Unit Leader plays a pivotal role in managing the overall performance of the business unit. This includes crafting operational strategies, analyzing financial outcomes, and nurturing team growth. The leader is committed to driving initiatives for continuous enhancement and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and customer expectations, all while promoting a culture of excellence in operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational strategy and performance metrics of the business unit.
- Guide financial analysis and reporting to enhance business profitability.
- Facilitate team development and foster a high-performance work culture.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across various processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and customer standards.
- Promote a culture centered around operational excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a progressive leadership role.
- Ability to work under the regulations of ITAR/EAR.
