The role involves performing and supervising field surveys, conducting boundary analysis, and preparing legal documents such as Records of Survey and ALTA/NSPS maps. The surveyor will also manage project schedules, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with California land surveying laws. Candidates must hold an active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and possess at least 5 years of progressive land surveying experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS workflows, and a valid California driver’s license are required.
