**Job Title: Early-Career and Campus Recruiting Program Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design and implement a strategic program focused on early-career and campus recruitment to establish a reliable flow of technical talent. This role involves overseeing all aspects of campus events, such as career fairs and informational meetings, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the company’s visibility within the academic community.
Candidates should possess over 7 years of relevant experience in campus recruiting, human resources, or program coordination, with a strong preference for a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The ideal applicant will exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, have expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and be willing to travel across the country for recruitment efforts.
