Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts within the healthcare sector, particularly focusing on skilled nursing positions. This role requires close collaboration with community hiring managers and the Director of Recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with community hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
  • Provide timely and effective updates to HR Business Partners regarding recruitment progress and initiatives.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge in healthcare recruiting to attract qualified candidates for skilled nursing roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or skilled nursing fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and HR professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of service.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, particularly in the healthcare industry.
