Job Summary
The Interpreter will deliver precise and reliable interpreting services, mainly within healthcare environments. This role is crucial for enabling effective communication between individuals who do not speak English and medical personnel or other organizations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between non-English speaking patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of medical terminology and instructions.
- Assist in bridging language gaps to enhance patient care and understanding.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English.
- Experience in medical or legal interpretation is preferred.
- Holder of a valid California license.
- Willingness to acquire necessary medical and background clearances.
