**Capstone Mentor**
The Capstone Mentor will support students in the planning and implementation of impactful projects, offering frequent feedback and established milestones throughout the process. This role involves arranging consultations with industry experts and working alongside internal teams to facilitate an optimal experience for students. Ideal candidates will have an impressive academic record, ideally from a leading U.S. university ranked in the top 30 or Oxbridge, or possess considerable experience in the industry. Essential skills include strong organization, effective communication, and proficient project management abilities to effectively guide students in their project endeavors.
