Job Summary
The Care Manager RN is responsible for overseeing patient admissions, focusing on maximizing resource efficiency and ensuring favorable clinical results. This role involves daily interactions with medical personnel and outside organizations to guarantee that care delivery meets clinical standards and financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient admissions to optimize resource use and improve clinical outcomes.
- Engage with medical staff and external organizations on a daily basis for effective care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines related to patient care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Registered Nurse License in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute nursing or case management.
- Additional skills in environmental orientation and case management are required within the first 90 days of employment.
