**Job Title: Asset Manager**
The Asset Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and enduring worth of a portfolio that includes commercial and multifamily properties. Key responsibilities involve tracking financial performance, overseeing budgets, ensuring adherence to regulations, and collaborating with property teams to uphold operational excellence. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business, with a preference for those holding an MBA or a Master’s degree in Real Estate. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or asset management is essential, along with robust skills in financial modeling and project management.
