**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)**
The role involves delivering exceptional care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual requirements, all while upholding their dignity. Key duties include aiding with daily living tasks, observing and reporting on resident health conditions, and ensuring a clean and safe atmosphere. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a genuine desire to work with elderly individuals. A valid state C.N.A. certification is preferred, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in senior care or a nursing facility.
