Job description
The Care Partner plays a crucial role in supporting residents with their personal care needs, daily living activities, and light housekeeping duties. This position involves observing and reporting on resident health, engaging in shift handovers, and addressing emergency situations while upholding stringent infection control protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or a comparable qualification, as well as the capacity to read, write, and communicate clearly. Preferred qualifications include certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
