**Care Partner**
Care Partners deliver compassionate and tailored direct support to residents, aiding them with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance. They also encourage resident participation in life enrichment initiatives and contribute to a safe, supportive atmosphere through collaboration and transparent communication. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid caregiver certification or be willing to obtain it. A minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience is necessary, in addition to current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
