Job Summary
The analyst will play a crucial role in the support of the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Epic Home Health applications. This position is focused on converting clinical and operational needs into effective system solutions while ensuring continuous support and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Epic Home Health applications.
- Optimize system performance and user experience through ongoing support.
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into practical solutions.
- Conduct troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to enhance workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding application usage.
Qualifications
