Responsibilities also include overseeing program records, conducting workshops, and nurturing partnerships within the community to aid job seekers. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is highly preferred, alongside experience in case management and engagement with various demographic groups. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be adept in Microsoft Office applications, and have the capacity to keep thorough case documentation.
