**Job Title: Caregiver**
Caregivers deliver non-medical support and care in both home and community settings, guided by personalized service plans for each client. Their duties include conducting wellness checks, aiding clients with daily living tasks, and keeping detailed records. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and must hold a valid state ID or driver’s license, along with dependable transportation.
