Job Summary
The RN Home Care Manager is responsible for directing the home health team to deliver exceptional patient care and uphold clinical standards. This role involves overseeing clinical personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and leading initiatives aimed at improving performance within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the home health team to maintain high-quality care for patients.
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure effective and safe service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Drive and implement performance improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a home health context is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations is required.
