Job Summary
The caregiver plays a crucial role in supporting clients with their everyday activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort in a home setting. This position encompasses a range of essential duties aimed at enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including but not limited to meal preparation and household cleaning.
- Support clients with personal hygiene routines to maintain their dignity and health.
- Effectively communicate clients’ care needs to their families to ensure coordinated support.
- Provide transportation services for clients to attend medical appointments and other necessary engagements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary for application.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred for this role.
- Holding an HCA license is favorable, enhancing the candidate’s eligibility for this position.
