Job Summary
The role involves offering tailored assistance to residents, particularly in areas of daily living, movement, and overseeing medication schedules. A critical aspect of this position is to cultivate a nurturing atmosphere that promotes social interaction while ensuring the living space is well-maintained and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to residents in daily activities and mobility.
- Manage medication administration for residents as needed.
- Encourage and engage residents in social activities to enhance community participation.
- Maintain a tidy and homely environment for the comfort of residents.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards others.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Capability to collaborate and function effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in caregiving is a plus, although training will be provided on-site.
