Job Summary
Caregivers play a vital role in offering personal support, companionship, and aid with everyday tasks for elderly individuals within their residences. They ensure that clients’ well-being is consistently monitored and contribute to a secure living environment while also providing necessary transportation to various appointments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities to seniors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Monitor clients’ overall health and well-being on a regular basis.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Facilitate transportation for clients to medical appointments and other required outings.
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
- Should be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical capability to assist clients, including transferring clients weighing up to 50 lbs.
