Job description
The Physical Therapy Assistant will implement physical therapy treatments and support patients in their mobility and exercise programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Key responsibilities include tracking patient progress, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring a safe treatment setting. Applicants must have an Associate’s degree from a recognized PTA program and a valid PTA license for the state of employment. A current CPR certification is also necessary, and prior experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing environments is advantageous.
