Job description
**Job Title: Care Partner**
Care Partners deliver empathetic and tailored direct support to residents, aiding them with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming. They promote resident autonomy, participate in life enrichment initiatives, and ensure a secure and supportive atmosphere. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license. A minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience and a current First Aid/CPR certification are mandatory.
