Job Summary
The caregiver plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and client-focused assistance to individuals in need. This position involves supporting clients with their daily living tasks, ensuring their well-being, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and orderly living space.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide companionship to clients, fostering a supportive relationship.
- Ensure a safe environment by keeping the area free from clutter and hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a clean background check and driving record.
- Negative TB test required.
- Able to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
- Demonstrating compassion and reliability is essential for success in this role.
