Job Summary
The role involves providing non-medical in-home assistance to elderly individuals, supporting their daily needs while ensuring their comfort and well-being. The caregiver will implement personalized care plans, manage daily routines, and ensure a safe environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver non-medical support to seniors, including medication reminders.
- Provide assistance with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Support clients in exercise and physical activities.
- Assist with shopping and meal preparation to meet dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space.
- Adhere to individual care plans and promptly report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies while ensuring client safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliability and compassion in providing care.
- Physical capability to perform required duties.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Availability for both full-time or part-time schedules.
