**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive individual mental health interventions and supporting the treatment team through the execution of care plans. This role involves gathering clinical data and facilitating therapeutic activities suitable for various age groups. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of one year of experience within the CASSP framework. Additionally, candidates should have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication abilities.
