Job Summary
The Universal Banker serves as a key advocate for customer experience by managing various transactions, establishing new accounts, and offering tailored financial solutions. This role emphasizes the importance of creating and nurturing client relationships while promoting suitable banking products and ensuring compliance with operational protocols within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer transactions and assist with account openings.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in cash handling, retail, or hospitality for entry-level positions.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in banking or customer service for higher-level roles, with a preference for candidates with leadership abilities.
