Job description
**Job Title:** Case Manager
The Case Manager is tasked with delivering case management, classification, and transitional support for inmates in a secure facility. Key responsibilities include performing intake assessments, generating reports, and organizing resources to facilitate social development and community reintegration. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory; however, up to two years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, and hold a valid driver’s license.
