Job description
**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager will oversee foster and adoptive families to make sure they meet state licensing and contractual requirements while overseeing the care and documentation of children within the program. This position also serves as a bridge between families, educational institutions, and governmental bodies to streamline the adoption process and offer support during crises. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities. The job entails managing various responsibilities simultaneously, upholding confidentiality, and being accessible for on-call duties.
