Additionally, the Case Manager will facilitate the adoption journey, which encompasses conducting home studies, preparing post-placement documentation, and coordinating court finalizations. Prospective candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities. The position demands multitasking skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and readiness to participate in on-call rotations.
