Job description
The Case Manager will oversee foster and adoptive families to guarantee adherence to state licensing regulations and contract requirements, while also coordinating care and therapeutic support services for children. Additionally, the Case Manager will facilitate the adoption journey, which encompasses conducting home studies, preparing post-placement documentation, and coordinating court finalizations. Prospective candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
