**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager is responsible for delivering direct services to clients, which encompass connecting them with resources, advocating on their behalf, and offering support to help them achieve their personal recovery objectives. Additionally, they coordinate therapeutic services based on the recommendations of the treatment team and ensure precise documentation of client interactions and care. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or an equivalent degree from a recognized college or university. A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or a similar sector is necessary.
