**Job Title: Category Development Manager**
The Category Development Manager collaborates with upper management to formulate strategies centered around consumer needs that enhance category growth within national small format retailers. This role entails utilizing data analytics to spot opportunities, crafting recommendations for product assortments and pricing, and implementing category initiatives in partnership with various cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, retail, or analyzing syndicated data. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the capability to forge effective partnerships with retail clientele are crucial for success in this position.
