Job Summary
The Category Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives targeting kitchen and bath categories, aimed at enhancing sales growth and bolstering market competitiveness. This position requires an individual who can serve as a subject matter expert by thoroughly analyzing market trends and overseeing collaborative projects to elevate partner experiences and boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in kitchen and bath or related home improvement sectors.
- At least 4 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
