The Director of Health and Wellness oversees the delivery of clinical care, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages the clinical budget for Assisted Living residents. They are responsible for leading nursing staff, conducting resident assessments, and coordinating care conferences with families and staff. Candidates must hold an active LPN, LVN, or RN license and possess experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or hospital setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and a valid driver’s license are required to perform the duties of the role.
