Job description
The Catering Sales Manager is tasked with reaching out to both new and established clients to achieve revenue targets, as well as overseeing the planning and execution of group functions, meetings, and social gatherings. This role involves direct collaboration with clients to develop Banquet Event Orders and coordinating with hotel operations to ensure the successful delivery of events. Applicants should possess prior experience in hospitality sales and be adept at using sales management tools like CI/TY and Lightspeed. Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a willingness to work on weekends and during events.
