They will also manage partner pipelines, negotiate contract terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational success. Candidates must have 5-8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or payments, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record in relationship management and business development are required.
