Additionally, the role involves providing crisis intervention, conducting level-of-care assessments, and delivering inpatient therapy to support patients’ behavioral health needs. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Proficiency in discharge planning, knowledge of community resources, and experience with hospital operations and third-party payment systems are required.
