Job Summary
The Cellar Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of beverage filling, monitoring, and transfers within the production workflow. This position also involves maintaining precise production documentation and executing regular maintenance and sanitation of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the filling and transferring of beverages during the production process.
- Monitor operations to guarantee adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Keep accurate records of production activities.
- Conduct routine maintenance and sanitation of production equipment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or food/beverage setting.
- Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Physical capability to lift weights up to 55 lbs and work in diverse environmental conditions.
