Job Summary
The role of the Concrete Block Plant – Machine Operator is essential for ensuring the effective functioning of production equipment within the facility. This position is located in Spring Lake, Michigan, and requires a dedicated individual who is proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery to uphold the safety and efficiency of plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing of concrete blocks.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Qualifications
- Experience in operating or maintaining machinery, specifically Tiger or Columbia equipment.
