The Center Manager oversees the comprehensive functions of the designated center, guaranteeing adherence to Head Start guidelines and state accreditation requirements. This role involves guiding the teaching team, managing the center’s financial resources, and cultivating positive relationships with families and community stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar discipline is preferred, accompanied by pertinent experience in child care management. Applicants must possess a Director’s Credential and hold VPK endorsement, as well as the capability to successfully complete a Level II background check.
