Job description
**Certified Home Health Aide**
The Certified Home Health Aide is responsible for delivering direct care and emotional assistance to residents in both assisted living and memory care environments. Key duties involve aiding residents with daily activities, tracking vital signs, and maintaining a secure and supportive atmosphere. Applicants are required to possess an Indiana Home Health Aide Certification (HHA). A High School Diploma or GED/HSE is preferred, with 0-1 years of applicable experience being desirable.
