Job description
**Job Title: Performance Analyst**
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the monitoring, measurement, and reporting of performance as well as generated revenue across multiple health plan incentive initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, resource distribution, and the development of data management workflows. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree alongside 3 to 5 years of analytical experience within a health plan or healthcare provider setting. Essential skills include expertise in SQL, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of HEDIS and Medicare Stars measure specifications.
