Job description
The Certified Medical Assistant will support physicians by aiding in patient examinations, procedures, and managing documentation within the electronic health record system. Key duties include the administration of medications and immunizations, as well as coordinating follow-up care for patients in sports medicine and urgent care environments. Candidates should have completed an accredited medical assistant program and possess a valid certification or registration from a recognized body. Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient environment is desirable, and knowledge of EPIC software is a plus.
