Job description
**Lead Care Manager**
The Lead Care Manager is responsible for overseeing pre-licensure supervision, managing the MSW internship initiative, and enhancing staff development efforts. This role involves working closely with the department director to evaluate departmental needs, design programs, and address staffing concerns. Applicants should possess a California Clinical Social Worker License and have a minimum of five years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Additionally, candidates must complete 15 contact hours of supervision training within three months of starting.
