The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers through both clinical and administrative tasks to facilitate effective patient care. Primary responsibilities include collecting patient data, organizing examination rooms and medical equipment, aiding in treatment procedures, and managing follow-up appointments. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a certification in Medical Assisting. Additionally, a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained at the time of hire.
