Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. This individual is responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring their safety and comfort under the supervision of nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Help with feeding and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Document patient care activities accurately in health records.
- Report any changes in a patient’s condition to the nursing team.
- Participate in infection control measures and maintain a clean environment.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the relevant state.
