Assist residents with their daily living activities and adhere to personalized care plans. Observe and communicate any changes in residents’ health status while ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a Certified Nursing Assistant certification. CPR certification is mandatory, and 1-3 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
