Job Summary
This role involves delivering fundamental and intermediate nursing care to designated patients under the guidance and oversight of a Registered Nurse (RN). The position is vital in ensuring that patients receive necessary support and comfort while upholding clinical proficiency across different hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic and intermediate nursing assistance to assigned patients.
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure care quality.
- Facilitate patient comfort and assist with their essential needs.
- Maintain clinical skills and competencies across various hospital units.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT program.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is necessary.
- Current relevant certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support) and CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) are mandatory.
