**Certified Nursing Assistant**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers patient care that is suitable for various age groups under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, emphasizing essential nursing and personal care duties. The role includes conducting safety assessments and providing assistance with rehabilitation services as specified in their clinical competency evaluation. Applicants must possess a Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Wisconsin or be currently enrolled in a recognized nursing program, having completed a fundamental nursing course and acute care clinical rotation. Furthermore, certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
