**Job Title: Public Safety Officer**
The Public Safety Officer delivers unarmed security support aimed at safeguarding hospital assets, patients, and personnel while fostering a secure and inviting atmosphere. Key responsibilities encompass monitoring facilities, responding to incidents, overseeing traffic, and providing assistance with the physical restraint of disruptive individuals when required. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service-oriented position. A valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and an Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification Card must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
