Job Summary
The role involves delivering individualized nursing care to patients while operating under the guidance of a registered nurse. The position encompasses aiding patients with their daily living tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal nursing assistance to patients, following the directions given by the registered nurse.
- Support patients with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Conduct routine procedures such as measuring vital signs to monitor patient health.
- Handle clerical responsibilities to promote the smooth operation of the unit.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is highly preferred.
