Job description
The technician will oversee the decontamination, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical supplies. It is essential for them to ensure that all procedures adhere to regulatory guidelines while also keeping precise inventory records for the facility. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and completion of a sterile processing or surgical technologist program is preferred. Applicants must have an active certification in sterile processing or at least two years of pertinent experience.
