Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist OR to join our team in Middlebury, Vermont. This position is situated within a reputable mid-size, community-driven hospital known for its comprehensive range of services including preventive, diagnostic, acute, and rehabilitation care. Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams by preparing and maintaining sterile environments.
- Handle surgical instruments and equipment effectively.
- Support patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
- Previous experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and anatomy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
